Bunnies and Chicks

I've been stitchin some on two different pieces.  My 52 week SAL first.  I'm behind a week I believe, but got it out yesterday and got another  square done.  Let me show you three or four squares below.  First picture, I haven't put the back stitches around these two squares.

The two more below, you can see the back stitching.  I've been enjoying these weekly tiny charts, and of course the greens always make me smile.

Now.  As for my spring piece.  Enjoying this as well, and all the different colors are working into it so well.  It's amazing to me how designers come up with these amazing images and then puts the colors were they belong.  Great imaginations! Here are a couple of bunnies and a couple of chicks in this large spring piece.

Noticed yesterday, that my very first Clematis had bloomed.  I really like this certain variety.  The vine is loaded this year with more buds.  Something happy to think about and look forward to as well.

I had never noticed one of the thistle plants that grow wild here, before that bloomed! A few days ago, I posted one of the yellow flowers, but look at this below.  It is just a bud at this point and sits so tall and proud.  Very sturdy plants.  This was taken on our walk.

Completed another puzzle in my she shed yesterday, and much to my dismay................once again, I am missing one piece.  This is a brand new puzzle and all the pieces were not only inside the box itself, but bagged and sealed.  So this time, being a more expensive puzzle, I'm going to send this picture off to the company and tell them what happened.  I have another puzzle manufactured by the same people, and I'm hoping that I will have a whole puzzle finally.  I did enjoy putting this one together though.

Well another weekend is upon us, and there will be lots of families once again, staying home and many inside the home if it rains.  They're saying it will be raining here, so I'll be hunkered down once again with my stitching in hand.  Can't say that I'm tired of the stitching yet, and I don't think that, that will ever, every be.  You know how us lovers of cross stitching are! Oh! look at this "ordered" kit below...................Yeah................I did it again.  May now, it would also be a good time to say, that I love each and every one of you, stay safe and well, and "feel the colors"

  6. I love the bunnies and chicks, they are adorable! Most puzzle companies will send you a new puzzle as a replacement if that happens, good luck with talking to them. I like that one and did a similar one. The SAL is looking great!

How annoying the brand new puzzle has a missing piece, it is lovely though.
